I don't normally link to liberals but Camille Paglia is a deserved exception to that self imposed rule, she slaps Katie Couric cross eyed and spanks global warmists with a clue by four. She also was a vocal defender of our conservative gal Sarah Palin. Its to good to quote so just go read all four pages!
I saw that post/article by Paglia also. She's the best thing about Salon. Only good thing about them really. You're right, she nails Couric right on.

Paglia is an interesting figure. She's all over the place politically. She's allways interesting, though, and has a first rate mind.
She strikes me as a classical liberal unlike the moonbat type. She is definately an extremely talented wordsmith.
