if a man doesn't already know what his adversary wants before talking to him he will come out the loser every time. both, Clinton and Carter are good examples of this.
ReplyDeleteyou don't talk to adversaries based only on good faith of both parties. if one party does not know what the other party wants, the other party will get what he wants without you knowing he has gotten from you.
