Like I don't give it anyway, From what I have seen there was/is a lack of central coordination in the response effort not lack of response. Yes this falls under the scope of our Guard forces ,they should be given automatic centcom status in a disaster area. Only those in Foggy Bottom can pull off the logistics necessary with trained manpower. Gov. Blanko??? Nothing stinks worse than a run over skunk wrapped in a political agenda because the stink lingers for a long time. A bit of bayou logic to consider
