I used to play D&D way back in high school and wasted many hours doing so it was a fun game but we never took it this far. Michelle posted this clip at Hot Air of a couple guys that took the fantasy game to far and ran into the Reno police, this is hillarious.
as an aside, Gary Gygax, the D&D creator died this week. I did a post on my blog about it. As a fan of Scifi and modern fantasy, I have to say he did more to pull the genres into the mainstream than anybody else.

ReplyDeleteRon, I had heard Gygax had passed on and I was an epic fantasy fan before I discovered D&D having read Tolkien and Brooks.
ReplyDeleteGayle, yea that is getting a bit carried away, I wonder what kind of magic weed he had been smoking. I remember something from years ago about teens getting lost in the NYC sewers while live role playing D&D.
