Voter Fraudsters ACORN Vegas Office Raided By FBI

Obama trained allies ACORN are under investigation in several states for fraudulent voter registrations and today they got raided by the FBI, good. These asshats do this every two years and should be forbidden from doing registration drives from now on out. They routinely break Federal election law and undermine the very basis of our electoral process and even more outrageous is they do it on the taxpayer's dollar. The get huge earmarks from their Democrat allies in Congress. The Democrats know they can't win on the strength of their ideas so they have to cheat and scream racism when they get caught. Nevada state authorities seized records and computers Tuesday from the Las Vegas office of an organization that tries to get low-income people registered to vote, after fielding complaints of voter fraud.

Bob Walsh, spokesman for the Nevada secretary of state's office, told FOXNews.com the raid was prompted by ongoing complaints about "erroneous" registration information being submitted by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, also called ACORN.

The group was submitting the information through a voter sign-up drive known as Project Vote.

"Some of them used nonexistent names, some of them used false addresses and some of them were duplicates of previously filed applications," Walsh said, describing the complaints, which largely came from the registrar in Clark County, Nev.

Secretary of State Ross Miller said the fraudulent registrations included forms for the starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys football team.

More On Obama, Ayers And Dohrn

After Sarah Palin started hitting Obama about his ties to the domestic terrorist duo Obama spokesman David Axelrod today tried to claim Obama didn't know about their history. That has got to be one of the biggest steamiest piles of BS yet in this campaign. The Weather Underground terror campaign didn't end in '68, it was started then and continued well into the '80s. Obama and his wife have known this pair for at least two decades, they have worked at the same law firms and the same boards with the same goals of a radical transformation of America into a socialist state. By 1995, Barack Obama had known Bill Ayers at least eight years since their shared involvement in the Alliance for Better Chicago Schools, if not longer. Bernardine Dohrn, once labeled “the most dangerous woman in America” by none other than J. Edgar Hoover, was also well known as the inspiration for the 1988 movie Running on Empty. Subtle terrorists they were not.

As noted in the New York Times, Obama has tried to minimize his relationship with Ayers, dismissing him as “a guy who lives in my neighborhood” and “somebody who worked on education issues in Chicago that I know.”

Axelrod also tried to excuse the extent of Obama’s involvement with Ayers, stating, “Bill Ayers lives in his neighborhood. Their kids attend the same school. … They’re certainly friendly, they know each other, as anyone whose kids go to school together.”

It’s an obvious fiction pitched by Axelrod, since the Obama children are presently in elementary school, while Ayers’ children are all grown adults, but the Ayers-Obama family connection doesn’t stop at the imaginary connections between the children.

Bernardine Dohrn, Ayers’ wife, has largely escaped recent scrutiny, but that lack of attention doesn’t reduce her role as either a leader — and some may argue, the leader — of the Weathermen. Nor can it mask her ties to both Barack and Michelle Obama. It’s now a family affair.

Be concerned America if this is the kind of judgement Obama would exhibit in his picks for Cabinet positions, he certainly has not had very good judgement in the past or even the recent past. Obama is not to be trusted with the reins of power.

He said he was going to take the gloves off and today he did landing quite a few body blows and uppercuts directly on Obama and those who caused this mess. He needs to add more muscle to the attack by tying Obama to ACORN and their work to force banks to make the bad loans that are directly behind this mess. Part of Obama's work as a young attorney was training ACORN workers in Alinsky style tactics to use against banks and he even helped by suing Citibank on their behalf, one of his very few accomplishments he can't talk about.

Barack Obama is lying to the American people and it is up to John McCain to expose those lies. John McCain fought for tighter oversight in 2006 while Barack was silent while his fellow Democrats blocked all attempts to reform Fannie and Freddie. Barack is bought and paid for by those corrupted mortgage giants, receiving more money from them in just three years than any other Senator besides Chris Dodd the Democrat in charge of the Banking Committee that is supposed to oversee them. Obama has collected almost as much from them in three short years than Dodd has in ten. In fact Obama chose one of the CEOs of Fannie responsible for cooking the books and drawing huge bonuses as a result, Jim Johnson, to head up his VP search committee. Penny Pritzger, his campaign finance chair, ran a Chicago bank than made millions in sub-prime loans they then sold to Fannie and Freddie at a profit. Obama is right smack dab in the center of this mess whether he wants to admit it or not and is not the one to lead the country out of this financial uncertainty.

Not only does McCain need to hang this albatross around Obama's neck, the rest of the GOP needs to hang it around the necks of their Democrat opponents in every district around the country.

I am getting hundreds of hits on my Friday post on Joe Biden's many lies during the debate with Sarah Palin. It has dominated my incoming links by a wide margin so I guess people were paying attention to the "substantive and detailed" answers he was giving, he was making it up as he went along. Good work Slo-Joe, I thought he was an expert or something, expert liar and plagiarist I guess.

Who Is Barack Obama?

So Just who is this man that wants to be our next President and what does he believe? Obama like the rest of us is the sum total of his past that has shaped his world view. Most of his adult life has been rather obscure to the vast majority of voters and they deserve to know just what he believes. His speeches while soaring and very well delivered are intentionally very vague and his minions in the liberal media do their best to suppress any negative information about him or scream 'racism' when it does get out. Put simply Obama has spent most of his life on the far left side of American politics, he is not a moderate or post-partisan, he is a hyper-partisan and the most liberal member of the US Senate that votes the Party line 95% of the time. He is not a reformer other than trying to reform America into a socialist state.

This was before she was hired by Obama and she has taken a back seat for now but not for this but for calling Hillary Clinton a monster. The American people that are just now tuning in to the race have not heard all this stuff yet and need to before they hand over the country to an inexperienced far left radical that gives a great speech about hope and change. Obama hopes to change the country into a socialist dictatorship with himself as the Dear Leader with brownshirted goon squads running around stifling all criticism of him.

How can Obama say he has good judgement when he has chosen to associate with people like this and wants to surrender to Al Quaida in Iraq? Documenting Joe Biden's Lies During The Debate

What impressed me the most about Joe Biden last night was his ability to lie with an ease and passion that challenges even Bill Clinton's. The Mccain camp compiled fourteen of them while Jim Geraghty puts it at twenty four and some were quite egregious. He even had the audacity to repeat a couple of them like the amounts we are spending in Iraq and Afghanistan. Joe Biden is well known for just making things up as he goes along and last night was no exception. Let's take a look, here is the McCain teams list, my additions are in parentheses.

1. TAX VOTE: Biden said McCain voted “the exact same way” as Obama to increase taxes on Americans earning just $42,000, but McCain DID NOT VOTE THAT WAY.

2. AHMEDINIJAD MEETING: Joe Biden lied when he said that Barack Obama never said that he would sit down unconditionally with Mahmoud Ahmedinijad of Iran. Barack Obama did say specifically, and Joe Biden attacked him for it.( its also on Obama's website saying he would)

3. OFFSHORE OIL DRILLING: Biden said, “Drill we must.” But Biden has opposed offshore drilling and even compared offshore drilling to “raping” the Outer Continental Shelf.”

4. TROOP FUNDING: Joe Biden lied when he indicated that John McCain and Barack Obama voted the same way against funding the troops in the field. John McCain opposed a bill that included a timeline, that the President of the United States had already said he would veto regardless of it’s passage.

5. OPPOSING CLEAN COAL: Biden says he’s always been for clean coal, but he just told a voter that he is against clean coal and any new coal plants in America and has a record of voting against clean coal and coal in the U.S. Senate.

6. ALERNATIVE ENERGY VOTES: According to FactCheck.org, Biden is exaggerating and overstating John McCain’s record voting for alternative energy when he says he voted against it 23 times.

7. HEALTH INSURANCE: Biden falsely said McCain will raise taxes on people's health insurance coverage -- they get a tax credit to offset any tax hike. Independent fact checkers have confirmed this attack is false

8. OIL TAXES: Biden falsely said Palin supported a windfall profits tax in Alaska -- she reformed the state tax and revenue system, it's not a windfall profits tax.

9. AFGHANISTAN / GEN. MCKIERNAN COMMENTS: Biden said that top military commander in Iraq said the principles of the surge could not be applied to Afghanistan, but the commander of NATO's International Security Assistance Force Gen. David D. McKiernan said that there were principles of the surge strategy, including working with tribes, that could be applied in Afghanistan.

10. REGULATION: Biden falsely said McCain weakened regulation -- he actually called for more regulation on Fannie and Freddie.

11. IRAQ: When Joe Biden lied when he said that John McCain was “dead wrong on Iraq”, because Joe Biden shared the same vote to authorize the war and differed on the surge strategy where they John McCain has been proven right.

12. TAX INCREASES: Biden said Americans earning less than $250,000 wouldn’t see higher taxes, but the Obama-Biden tax plan would raise taxes on individuals making $200,000 or more.

13. BAILOUT: Biden said the economic rescue legislation matches the four principles that Obama laid out, but in reality it doesn’t meet two of the four principles that Obama outlined on Sept. 19, which were that it include an emergency economic stimulus package, and that it be part of “part of a globally coordinated effort with our partners in the G-20.”

14. REAGAN TAX RATES: Biden is wrong in saying that under Obama, Americans won't pay any more in taxes then they did under Reagan.

This one they missed, Biden said the US and France drove Hezbollah out of Lebanon, Hezbollah has gone nowhere and if he meant Syria he is still wrong, the Lebanese people drove Syria out. Mike Totten and Rick Moran shred that one.

Amounts spent in Iraq vs Afganistan: Biden repeated this one several times stressing it even, that we spend every three weeks more in Iraq than we have spent the entire time in Afghanistan. At the peak of our outlays in Iraq that amounted to about 3 bil. a week, we have spent about 180 bil. in Afganistan 2000% more than 9 bil.

There are quite a few more than that but you get the picture the only time he wasn't lying was when Sarah Palin was talking, ouch.

New Ad Blaming Democrats For Failing To Reform Fannie Mae

Its from the National Republican Campaign Committee and its about time, maybe they were waiting to get the bailout boondoggles passed first. For some reason McCain seems squeamish going after them but that should not stop the three GOP committees or others from doing it.

The GOP can and should hang this and their opposition to a sound energy policy firmly around the necks of the Democrats. Heck even Bill Clinton has said the Democrats blocked the reform of Fannie and Freddie.

Sarah Palin vs Joe Biden The Vice-Presidential Debate

Well tonight's the night when the Barracuda gets to take on the Bloviator on the big stage in front of an anxious nation. The left is hoping she falls on her face and the right is just waiting for gaffe a minute Biden to just open his mouth. I know one thing is sure, Sarah Palin is no light weight in debate and she should not be underestimated.

I have seen a lot of flap around the net that Gwen Ifil is writing a book about Obama and other black politicians due out on inaugeration day and therefore she has a conflict if interest as moderator. I am not to worried about it but I think it would be wise of Palin to call her on it in her opening remarks by congratulating her for it. She could also slip in an underhand dig at Biden's known plagirism by saying at least Gwen is writing it herself. Sarah Palin has a quick wit and can stick the knife in with a smile as her opponents in Alaska have acknowledged.

I am sure the Biden team has been studying her Alaska gubanatorial debates to get an idea of her style and the Palin team has been studying his. The key is if Palin can get under his skin early and force himoff his game from what I understand team McCain has taken the leash off the pitbull in lipstick and she is ready to go on the attack. We'll see and I will be adding my commentary as usual.

Update: Joe opens right up with a lie about failed economic policy, the economy has grown for 72 straight month's and the Democrats blocked oversight of Fannie and Freddie. Sarah brings up McCain's call for reform two years ago that was blocked by Democrats, good for her. The fundamentals are strong its the fundamentals of the left in Washington are what are weak. Sarah is hitting her points well.
Biden is lying again saying Obama was warning about the sub-prime market but he didn't, his allies in ACORN were fighting for those sub-prime loans. Go Barracuda go, the teeth are flashing!

Update:Biden lies again, you can't give tax breaks to 95% of the people when 30% of the people don't pay any taxes. Sarah Palin is middle class and she has run a small business and a family and a state. She is winning hands down so far. Biden is swimming straight into Barracuda patrolled waters. She already has Biden hot under the collar and he is lying through his teeth, she's smiling, he's frowning.

Update: Biden is lying again about McCain's across the board taxcuts for corporations and businesses its not just for oil companies. Wrap up: Biden lied dozens of times, Palin was very clear and articulate and was able to connect with main street. I think she realted to the American people far better than Biden did.
I thought Gwenn Ifil did a good job and asked good questions. It was a good debate and I am sure partisans on both sides will declare their person the winner. I for one think the Barracuda ate Biden for lunch with a slash and dash approach.

He's right of course if Sarah Palin had said Roosevelt had addressed the nation as President in 1929 after the great crash on television as Biden did it would have been headlines for a week. SP: Yeah, you know, I think that that’s been probably the most hurtful and nonsensical slap that we’ve been taking is our position that we have taken, pro-life, me personally, and saying that you know, even though I knew that 13 weeks along that Trig would be born with Down Syndrome, and I said you know, he’s still going to be a most precious ingredient in this sometimes messed-up world that we live in. I know that my son is going to provide a lot of hope and a lot of promise in this world, and I’m so thankful of course that I’ve had the opportunity to give him life and to bring him into this world. But I think yeah truly, that that’s been a hurtful slap that we have taken, because people just don’t understand. Ironic too, Hugh, that some would consider my position on life and trying to usher in a culture of life, respecting the sanctity of life in America, that that is seen as an extreme position when to me, an extreme position is one that Barack Obama took when he was in the Illinois State Senate, not even supporting a measure that would ban partial birth abortion, not even supporting a measure that would during, after a botched abortion and that baby’s born alive, allowing medical care to cease and allowing that baby to die. That to me is extreme. That’s so far, far left it’s certainly out of the mainstream of America. To me, that is the extreme position, not my position of just wanting that culture of life to be respected, and not wanting government to sanction the idea of ending life.

Obama is also against things like parental notification laws and for taxpayer funding of abortion, she's right that is the more extreme position.

It is a very good interview and I urge my readers to listen to it or at least read the transcript. She is one of us and the Beltway media elites hate her for it as much as they hate us. She is not the inarticulate rube the MSM wants to portray her as since she may not know the name of some obscure foreign minister. She does not need to be an expert on everything since that is what they have staff and Cabinets for. What is important is her judgement and character something she and John McCain have in reams and is completely lacking in Obama and Biden.

Stanley Kurttz On Fox And Friends Tying Obama To ACORN

This is complimentary to the post below, at least Fox has picked up on this, via Hot Air and Ed's remarks are worth reading as well.

For some reason Ed doesn't think we should focus as much on ACORN but more on Fannie, Freddie and their enablers in the Democrat Party that looked the other way as corruption ran amuk and nearly destroyed our financial markets.I disagree, we need to tie Obama to every slimy association he has and hammer on it at least we don't have to make stuff up. Jim Geraghty sees a conspiracy to do that very thing in the hope voters will stampede to the Democrats to save them, maybe that's why Pelosi torpedoed the bailout vote yesterday. Do the Democrats really want to create a massive recession in order to gain some more power? If they think they can pin it on the GOP they sure will try since they are as dishonest and corrupt as the day is long. I think this whole "crisis" is manufactured and greased along by the liberal media or else why would it be happening now just a few weeks before the election. I have a sneaky feeling Paulson is a closet Democrat that panicked Bernanke and Bush with trumped up concerns.

There is no credit crisis, I get at least a dozen offers a week for personal or business credit. Now if you have crappy credit ratings you might have some problems and you should, that is your fault not the lending institutions. They should not be forced to lend money to anyone if they don't have reason to believe they will be payed back, credit is not a right or entitlement, it is a privilege to be earned.
