Not completely as I see a strategy, it is cheaper to sit out a congressional vote than to beat an incumbent in a primary vote and then go after the freshman with a fresh face with full reserves. This seems to be a trend, remove the rinos, then put a fresh face on the party following the Contract With America and Reaganite values. The exit polls would support this with initiatives going conservative. It will be an interesting couple of years with plenty of blog fodder.
The Barnyard will remain positive and continue to work hard for the conservative agenda
