Teen pregnancy and abortion could be quickly reduced greatly by one simple measure, prosecute the "boyfriend" and the female's parents if they don't disclose the males ID. It is rape and child abuse. The real threat of prosecution as a sex crimes offender needs to be brought home to the boys. A little propoganda and enforcement would go a long way. Medical groups like Planned Parenthood should also be held accountable in a crime as abettors. The laws are already there, enforce them!
