Monday Meanderings

One of my favorite people died today doing what he loved, studying dangerous critters. Steve Erwin, The Crocodile Hunter, took a stingray barb to the heart while filming them on the Great Barrior Reef, he should've stuck to crocs and snakes. He will be sorely missed at the Australia Zoo and by his millions of fans.

Tiger wins his fifth in a row by chasing down and passing Vijay in just five holes. The man is on an unbelievable roll and playing some awesome golf and just like other top athletes of history, Jerry Rice and Michael Jordan, work ethic is what defines him. He has loads of natural talent and works hours and hours to perfect it. If you want something, work for it and the harder and more diligently you go about it the better your chances of achieving that dream.

Labor Day, I hope the lazy had fun, I worked because my shop needed me to and I am glad I did because alot got done that would not have. I am an American Tradesman, an aging heart of America, our average age is 48 with scant apprentices or even journeymen to replace us. We are the ones that build your homes and places of work, fix your toilets, wire your house and add a touch of glass, pun intended. I held a 3.75 gpa in JuCo in Calculus II, Electronics, English and History and chose my trade over the business world because I am hands on. The Tradesman is the root of all industry for without us nothing happens, buildings and their furnishings go away as does the electric , plumbing, heating and cooling, fancy kitchens and baths, it is up to us to create that. Remember to thank the guy who may have risked his life to make you happy, whether it is the mirror guy, the roofer, or our Patriot Armed Forces, we ply our trade to make America happy. Donot believe the "moderate muslims" the Koran teaches them to lie to infidels untill they are strong enough to kill us, convert us or subjugate us. It is their "devine" command according to the Koran and the Sura. I take them at their word. I know the Lord Jesus has lead this Goat through to many briar patches to ever forsake Him for a hallucenigenic desert pirate. Barnyard insider news, Madhatter finally gave up on the FBZ, O'Reilly's forum. This is considered fair warning as she is my co-blogress and loves to debate. We will be discussing and analyzing the approaching elections, we don't see eye to eye but we have fun, Boston and Sacramento GOP conservatives and Mitt Romney fans and supporters. On this years elections, lets say my glass is half full and hers half empty. She does have the advantage, its her job, I am just having warped fun as a political junky.
