Barnyard Etiquette

I have been forced to post a policy. I don't curse or launch attack posts,I want to run a clean blog that delivers honest information. I love comments and full blown debate, the second you resort to name calling or the limited vocabulary of four letter words you will be deleted. I don't give a damn what political persuasion you hold! Personal attacks will not be permitted.Think Dennis Prager.

I agree, I have always thought that people who use four letter words and personal attacks do so because their vocabularies are so small. plus they are a slap in the face,

It's fine to be passionate about a position. But it's not fine to disagree so stongly with one's position that we feel it necessary to attack his or her character.

I agree, Goat. Although it's hard to refrain from insulting some people, it is always better to turn the other cheek. I have recently made the mistake of offending someone I respect because I disagree with him so passionately, and I feel terrible about it. And I didn't even use 4 letter words.

But I never delete anyone's comments. I believe in free speech and I would consider myself a hypocrite if I deleted anyone's comments.

I suppose that's whay my posts get so many hateful comments from hysterical Liberals.

Oh well, when they post things like that, they show themselves to be what we suspected all along. I don't have to insult them back.

Free speech is a beautiful thing folks. Sometimes you have to shout loud enough for them to hear you. The voice of reason calmly repeated sometimes isn't enough, you've got to tear down their foundation, and then reprogram them.

As a student in college, we have libs all over the place. You can't talk calmly to some of these groups. These groups are so hateful towards us that if any conservative speaker is going to speak, the lib groups cite security reasons for them not to show up. It usually always works. However when a conservative pulls the same tactic, it falls flat.

The world isn't fair, and that's why we need a megaphone.

I like colorful language, not obscene, I guess there is a fine line between the two. What is it? 90% emotion and 10% logic that is the best argument, and I think that the 90% works better with passionate colorful, yet respectful language. I tend to believe four letter words are appropriate in some cases. But we are in your domain, your rules, I respect that.

There is a difference in a use as I did in my original post and using one for every adjective, adverb, noun, verb or pronoun. I object to vile personal attacks on complete strangers as abhorrent behavior, hey the libs are easy to take apart with out it and the fact they resort to it is apparent. What ticks them off the most is we conservatives have taken Jim Morrison's "Soft Parade" to a higher level and essentially stole their gas on many issues.
