The Plame Game

This whole issue is just nuts as zero laws were broken, Valerie Plame was not a covert operative, she is a desk jocky analyst. They have nothing on Karl Rove or Scooter Libby this is purely a press play by the MSM. For more information on this Human Events leads today with a fantastic breakdown of the idiocy on both sides as to the actual law. I see the noxious game the loony left is playing and has played for years and it is a losing gambit as more and more americans see through their courtroom shenanigans and false charges and the more we ignore them the louder they are going to scream bloody murder.
Update: I forgot to mention Judith Miller wrote a book on germ warfare and had extensive contacts in the very CIA dept, that Valerie Plame worked in, chances are that she already knew Plame. I learned this from callers to Hugh's show and Jed Babbin cohosting ran with it for a bit. It looks like there maybe indictments but not the ones the left wants.

There now appears to be consensus that
no one violated the 1982 Agent Identities Protection Act in publishing the name
of CIA employee Valerie Plame.
It’s a hard law to violate. Its high
threshold requires that the person whose identity is revealed must actually be
covert (which requires at the least a foreign assignment within five years of
the revelation), that the government must be taking “affirmative measures” to
conceal the person’s identity, and that the revealer must know that the
government is taking those measures.

One of my personal favorites Oliver North further supports my hypothesis that we aren't as stupid as the socialists, in charge of our schools ,by the way, want to believe.

HOUSTON, TX -- Traveling around America -- as I have been these past two weeks on a national book tour for my new novel, The Assassins -- has been great therapy. It got me away from Washington, D.C. I got to travel the length and breadth of the country in red states and blue states. I've met and talked and listened to tens of thousands of people from every walk of life. And best of all, they reaffirmed my longstanding belief that the American people are a whole lot smarter than the so-called mainstream media thinks they are.

I watched Judith Miller's spiel on C-SPAN the other day. The meeting turned into defending Terrorists.

I really worry for that part of our country. New York...is just a socialist/islamo' fascist hotbed. It's because of their acceptance for "diversity."

Feminists like Judy Miller are funny creatures, until they create an acceptance or following.

Oh well...in 50 years the South will rise again.
