The GWOT

Some disturbing news from Gaza(Hamasistan) ,it seems a great deal of traffic has occured in arms coming from Egypt. Caroline Glick has a great piece up at Townhall discussing the implications for Israel. Gaza is soveriegn now and must either reign in the terrorist or face the consequences of war with Israel as they have shown they have no other desire than to kill Jews not build a society for the innocent palistinian people to live in peace. Are there any innocent palestinians in Gaza?

Meanwhile we are kicking butt in the last major outposts for the AQ network with rapidly increasing tips from locals as Bill Roggio reports from the Fouth Rail. He also has this interesting quote from a Sunni Cleric in one of the embattled cities:

Sheik Mahmud al-Sumaidaei, a leading Sunni cleric whose group is linked to the country's insurgency, criticized militants for targeting civilians. He called for Iraq's religious and ethnic groups to take a stand against further bloodshed.
"I call for a meeting ... of all the country's religious and political leaders to take a stand against the bloodshed," al-Sumaidaei said during his sermon at Baghdad's Um al Qura Sunni mosque.
"We don't need others to come across the border and kill us in the name of defending us," he declared, a reference to foreign fighters who have joined the insurgency under the banner of al-Qaida. "We reject the killing of any Iraqi."

It seems that they are waking up to what freedom means at last. I hope the murderous scum all flee to Hamasistan where they are all gathered in a small area where we can take them out in huge numbers .

Add on: Victor Davis Hanson has one of the best minds out there on the topic as a leading war historian and his latest on what has been accomplished in the last four years is a must read.
"Hysteria surrounding non-news (like flushed Korans and the Cindy Sheehan carnival) seems to suggest that a non-attentive public is not worried about being gassed or nuked or even terrorists killing thousands of Americans abroad. Fewer still appreciate that the brave 2,000 Americans lost in Iraq were responsible for killing tens of thousands of deadly terrorists and insurgents. In a rare showing of idealism, American soldiers alone were the catalysts for a reform government in the most dangerous region of the Arab world, that also alone offers the only chance to end the old non-choice between dictators or theocrats."
