speaking ,I'll post the transcript. He is right on so far, this is the speech he needed to give.I can't type fast enough. Hit on one of my ideas,will elaborate later on the "homestead idea". As I said let Foggy Bottoms run emergency response only the military has the logistical ability. I would say a fabulous speech though I am biased. All the key points were hit forcefully and and covered in concise detail. I love the fact he openly thanked the churches as my previous post highlites their incredible motivation. As regular readers know one of our own is down there with his church and a friend of the blog a NO resident is now homeless, a HS teacher and great Christian apologist and writer.

I was working on a piece on the homestead idea that he brought up. I like it, give them title to that house or condo outright and cut them loose from there, qualified child help of course. It would mean a massive recreation and abandonment of the New Deal thinking, lets explore this idea. For the massive amounts of money spent on welfare and the deplorable state of welfare housing ,we could give it to them with the sign off of further benefits. Ownership instills pride and gives a sense of worth. I say end this socialist game and just do the prudent thing. I am willing to further research this as part of the suggested symposium, ???
