Absolut-ly Not

Michelle has a real nose for this sort of thing, it stinks and she points it out.

I don't drink hard liquor but very rarely and Absolut vodka on the rocks with a twist of lime was one of those rare pleasures but never again, there are other good vodkas out there. That is a map of aztlan as many mexican nationalists groups like to call it, groups like La Raza, MEcHA and other open borders groups. Michelle has contact info for Absolut's American office, be polite just inform them of your displeasure.

something like this does not bother me. it is based on a consumer product, nothing else. we could do the same with religions or anything else. we have already done it with political affiliation, blue and red states.

Goat, it does bother me, because it's exactly what Mexico would love to see happen. I've never tasted Absolut and I'm very glad of it. :)

I know Roadhouse, I know.
No Tapline it's not a joke, Michelle has follow ups posted.
Griper, they had the right to make the ad and I have the right to be outraged and never drink their product again.
Gayle, it is good vodka, top shelf, so most mexicans actually in Mexico won't be able to afford it. It is an ad for the open borders multiculturists.

Mexicans drink cheap tequila, not vodka. this is not for the typical Mexican market.

Absolut? Absolutely NOT!

It goes deeper, Goat....
Pernod Ricard SA (EPA: RI), the French liquor company, purchased Swedish company Vin & Sprit, the maker of Absolut Vodka, for $8.34 billion on Monday.

Pernod officials said that the company plans to keep the Cruzan Rum brand, but will sell Plymouth Gin and Fris Vodka brands. Pernod said they plan to sell Plymouth Gin within the next six months.

The joint venture between V&S and U.S. rival Fortune Brands will continue to distribute Absolut in the United States through 2012.

Absolut is the world's fourth-largest international spirit brand behind Diageo Plc's (NYSE: DEO) Smirnoff vodka, Bacardi rum and Diageo's Johnnie Walker scotch.

goat,
you are right. all i was saying is that it is exactly what it is, an advertisement for the product, and it focussed on the certain group of persons in their own language.

its a well known strategy of ad people. even politics uses that tactic to win votes. it is based upon the idea of psychology and influence. your reaction proves its value. that is all. if you are influenced enough by this ad to stop drinking it, think of the people who will be influenced to begin drinking it.
