I for one thinks John's Bio-Tour is a very good idea and introduces him to many Americans for the first time in a markedly sharp contrast to the two Democrats with all their empty rhetoric, lying and slimy associates combined with their anti-American base. He doesn't mention them but the implications are clear.

don't know who his campaign manager is but he is doing a hell of a job so far, both in promoting McCain and his strategy in regards to the democrats. he is getting out and defining the issues of this campaign and election.
Rick Davis runs his campaign and I think the GOP just needs to let John be John and not try to tailor a message for him like they did Dole in '96.

Having decided to support McCain (mostly to help keep out either of the Democrat choices) and listened to him speak, I think he's best left to be who he is without any GOP image enhancement.
His demeanor, honesty and up front attitude will easily beat an insincere liar with a hidden agenda, which will define his opponent no matter which of the two gets the Democrat nomination.
