Big Game Day
Who can blog when all the big college rivalries are today, especially in the SE, Alabama vs Auburn is just getting started, Florida is killing Florida St., Tennessee over Kentucky in a wild overtime showdown. In a nod to Trader Rick and Florida, that Tim Tebow is one hell of a quarterback with over fifty TDs this season by pass or run and he is only a sophmore, they are going to be unstoppable next year. I understand he is a real class act as well, teaching Sunday school for one. He deserves the Heisman Trophy. It says something about the SEC when both top contenders are from our conference, Darren McFadden of Arkansas being the other. If your team can make it out of the SEC undefeated there is a very good chance that team will be the next National champion, LSU this year, Florida last year. It is a different brand of football played down there, hardnosed , the Big 12 and Big 10 know the game but forget these left coast teams, USC never deserved the top spot and now it shows.

They did look good against Kansas, good team.
Well, the Gators end the regular season with a respectable 9-3, two of the losses by a combined seven points to ranked teams...and Tebow poised to win the Heisman as the leader on most short lists. Maybe Bama can do better than 6-6 next year, especially with the big bucks coach...Now if we can just get by the fighting Zookers of the University of Zook in the Zook bowl...
I was really hoping to come into this week bragging about our Oregon Ducks, but after Dixon tore up his knee, the whole team packed up and turned in their gear. If our team stayed healthy, I think we would've taken the national championship. As it stands now, we'll see ya at the "Woulda-Coulda-Shoulda Bowl."
Rick, you know our Tide boosters, he'll be ridden out on a rail for the finish of what should have been a very good season. They should have kept Shula, but we have been doing this since Bear Bryant passed.
The Ducks did have quite a run there for a while, Yehudi.
LSU was a contender, but too many close wins by risky plays eventually caught up with them.
Mizzou still has to face OU, and we beat 'em already. Shoudl be a good game.
LAME DUCKS. Sorry, but after OU got Ducked in Oregon, I cannot and willnot ever root for them again.
I am happy USC fell down repeatedly.
