Bad News: Deaths Drop Cemetary Workers Hardest Hit

I swear the MSM or in this case McClatchy can't report good news without a negative tilt to it. Is this nutty article they lament that cemetary and morgue workers are losing their jobs as the death toll continues to drop in Iraq.

NAJAF, Iraq — At what's believed to be the world's largest cemetery, where Shiite Muslims aspire to be buried and millions already have been, business isn't good.

A drop in violence around Iraq has cut burials in the huge Wadi al Salam cemetery here by at least one-third in the past six months, and that's cut the pay of thousands of workers who make their living digging graves, washing corpses or selling burial shrouds.

Oh my stars! That's absurd! But it sure does say a lot about the liberal MSM, doesn't it? Both By Jay Price and Qasim Zein belong on a funny farm, and so does the editor who approved this crap!

Gayle it goes on to site some interesting stuff, the death toll is half what it was under Saddam. Even at the height of the war it was about the same as under Saddam and still far under the results of the Iran-Iraq war.
