I have been fighting spammers for months and finally the authorities have shut down a major spam ring. They were peddling fake watches and herbal supplements and now they are shut down yes. I consider myself a small part of this investigation because I report every spam mail to the ISP and the FTC . I was so sick of getting viagra pushers and phishing scammers flooding my inbox that I decided to fight back and it is now a tenth of what it was. It is not hard to fight them, just a matter of forwarding the email to the ISP and FTC with the full email header along with the body of the email.
