This effigy of Sarah Palin being hung is part of a halloween display in West Hollywood. I know what the ObaMSM would be doing if this was an Obama effigy anywhere in a red state but this is in the gay district of LA so its "art".

I keep meaning to look up the origin of the phrase, "beyond the pale."
