ACORN Up To Its Usual Voter Fraud Shenanigans Again

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, ACORN, a lefty organizing group that helped Obama get his start is up to its old voter fraud tricks again in Nevada and Pennsylvania. They are active in the get out the vote efforts for Democrats and have been busted several times for fraud and are under suspicion again. It is ironic that a group that has 'Reform Now' as part of its name would engage in illegal voter registration fraud on an ongoing basis. Michelle Malkin has been reporting on them for years now and points to the latest two stories here and here, she says this will be a regular feature at her site from now on.
From the Las Vegas Review Journal:

Lomax said while he supports the goal of getting more people registered to vote, he sees rampant fraud in the 2,000 to 3,000 registrations ACORN turns in every week.

“Whenever people get paid to register voters, those individuals have an incentive to meet their quota, and that results sometimes in people doing things they shouldn’t,” Lomax said.

His office sends out thousands of letters based on registration applications that don’t have valid addresses or Social Security numbers, or have other suspicious irregularities.

The office also receives frequent complaints from people who have been notified of changes in their registration that they say they didn’t make.

From Patriot News in Pa:
A voter registration drive by a national organization is being investigated by Dauphin County authorities after election officials raised questions about more than 100 of the forms.

Michelle also reports that ACORN receives taxpayer funds to help supposedly help minorities and the poor get mortgages. She has tons of links and other info on ACORN and their connections to Obama.
This reminds me of Hugh Hewitt's book about Democrat's voter fraud and cheating "If Its Not Close They Can't Cheat".
